FSSAI

FSSAI is responsible for protecting and promoting public health through the regulation and supervision of food safety. The FSSAI has been established under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, which is a consolidating statute related to food safety and regulation in India.

ISO 22000 : 2018

ISO 22000:2018 certification covers all the processes in the food chain that impact the safety of the end product. The standard specifies the requirements for a comprehensive food safety management system, as well as incorporating the elements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).

ISO 22000:2018 creates a single food safety standard that harmonises the various national standards into one easy-to-understand set of requirements that are simple to apply and recognised around the world

Good Manufacturing Practice

Good manufacturing practices are the practices required in order to conform to the guidelines recommended by agencies that control the authorisation and licensing of the manufacture and sale of food and beverages, cosmetics, pharmaceutical products, dietary supplements, and medical devices.
